Tower.js


Has anyone used http://towerjs.org/ and have any feedback on it?

It's a Rails clone for Node.js, and it uses Coffeescript so you know it's a winner.
It looks pretty good from what I've seen.

Looks interesting, not a fan of coffeescript.
The one thing that makes me cringe though, straight away, are the views :huh: Holy crap wtf is this:

And you thought I was overly opinionated about coffeescript ;-)

O_o It looks like CoffeeScript and Rails had a baby. Can't say I'm a fan of CoffeeKup, but it is MVC for Node.js. You can also just replace it with Jade.

There are much nicer ways to have MVC in Node. It's possible with an template engine.
