Overall, I think it looks kinda cool.

The thing that stands out the most that look wrong is the feathering around the edges of the bot. You need to use the pen tool to get some hard edges.
The diagonal lines go over the bottom left arm, and overall the lines are a bit dark and heavy.

I thought, since I made it so grimy, that the bot should have some kindof outline to emphasize it as the subject, but, I see that it was too much feathering
I didn't notice the lines intercepting it, I just wanted to cover up the weird cut out arm (The picture I found only had like, half of his body.), I'll try not to do that other times.
Well, since he's a decepticon, I thought it might be fitting, but, yeah, I see your point. Thanks for the constructive criticism!

I like it, I personally only use space wallpapers but If I wanted to change to a transformers-ish wallpaper this would defiantly be one I'd pick. I especially like the textured hash type backdrop. BUT for a larger screen than say 13inch shouldn't it be larger? I prefer 1920x1400 ish but I've seen larger. Smaller sizes just seem grainy.

I made it specifically for a friend's laptop, so, that's why it has such a low resolution.
