I've had a shortcut in OS X for a while to type this, since there's no alt command. For me typing "percontationpoint" gets replaced with "⸮"

Doesn't show up on my phone (Nokia E63, Opera Mini) but shows up on my desktop PC (Ubuntu 12.04, Opera 12)

Yeah, iPhone just shows it as an un-filled square.

Comic Sans MS shows up as something that LOOKS like Times New Roman....possibly Helvitica.

... those are three completely different fonts. Times New Roman is serif and Helvetica is sans-serif.
