Best Windows Applications

Windows, this time.
To the people on Windows, what are your must-have apps? Haven't used Windows in more than two years, got some catching up to do.

Also, before anyone starts to flame and say Windows isn't as good as Mac -- don't bother, you'll be reported, not the subject of the post. Should also point out that I do in fact own a mac, and that I am in fact dual booting it, mostly for games. I'd like to have a good setup in it, though, hence why I'm asking.

A few things I'm planning already (in no particular order):
  • FluffyApp
  • Photoshop
  • All the usual IM apps (Skype, xChat, etc) and browsers
  • Cygwin

I don't remember many windows specific apps I used to use apart from NP++. I also used Foobar as my media player and Paint.NET before PS.
