Anyone used velocity scripting in Eclipse with Tomcat?

Hey guys, I am trying to figure out how to use the Apache velocity scripting package, and I have Tomcat working as a server in Eclipse, but I have no idea how to set-up up a project using the Velocity 1.7 files. Anyone have any idea, I would appreciate some advice as I cannot find anything at all anywhere on how to do this!
