Whats wrong with this avatar

Im making an avatar but has issues

I feel like there are face issues. Ill add the pants and shoes later but the face doesn't look right.

His face is like the same width as his neck, and his head is lumpy.

And it is WAY TOO BIG for an avatar xD

it looks his head is facing a bit left while his face is facing straight (or maybe a bit to the right)

Better but the face still doesn't look quite right.

I'd suggest changing and improving the crease to differentiate the head from the neck.
