Security Camera Panel

My father has sever ip cameras with built in web servers to check on his cabin and I would like to create a website in which you use a drop down menu and select the camera (you access it by the ip) and it will display each camera as selected. Kinda like those theme sites like this:

Id also like to put an image behind it like the website also to make it look good!

Thanks for the help! It worked perfectly and now my panel looks good now!!! Wait a minute...

The webpage was actually an example of what I wanted since I figured the way I described it no one would understand.

It dosent matter now, I got the job done with Javascript.
