I like the first one! The font is somewhat elegant and is a good match with your name. Also it looks great with just the letters as well as with the full name under it, so this logo would be easy to use. I'm not too sure of bar separating both letters though.
I don't like the second one, it's too plain and the font doesn't look professional at all if you ask me.
The concept of the third and last one is great but again I'm not convinced with the choice of font.
