You need CodeKit

Mac Users Only
So earlier I visited Bryan Jones' website to update my Less.app and then I was like OMG A NEW THING UP TOP!

CodeKit is a very early Beta but it is extremely kickass. I'll admit it has crashed twice on me when importing a new project directory but no issues with it's functionality besides that. CodeKit does all kinds of stuff, but the little things are what make me happiest. You can read all about it on the website but i'm going to point out a few of my favorites.

Browser Refreshing
Yes. This is the first application I have found that does an excellent job refreshing my browser when I make changes to my files. The instant I save my html, css or even imported less files-my chrome window refreshes. Codetastic!

Compiler Madness
He already had Less.app that I used to compile my less files. But. This does that too. Plus Sass. Plus Stylus. Plus CoffeeScript. And it's ka-freaking-awesome.

Local Frameworks
Something that I am definitely going to love is the frameworks. You can add a local directory with your framework files and easily import them to any project. This means you don't have to include a separate copy of your frameworks in each project folder. Perfect time for you guys to get acquainted with my less framework Lessentails.

Optimization
Optimizes image files and compresses scripts. I have a couple apps laying around that do this but it's nice to have an all-in-one toolkit.

Free
For now it's free to download (while in Beta) and will be $10 on the mac app store. I'd gladly pay more then that but I'm not complaining.Get it now!

@soulcyon: not necessarily, but it would be a worthwhile adventure!

Sucks that it's Mac-only... Hopefully there's releases for other OSes in the future.

Repeat after me: jQuery is not JavaScript. It is not the answer to every JavaScript-related question. When you have to write some JavaScript, do not instantly react with "Oh, I'll do that with jQuery!"

Yay that I can use it. Sucks that I don't have any use for it.

Turns out it's 20$ and not on the Mac App Store :(

Anyone bought it?

Yep, I've got it.
Really worth it, actually. It's the type of thing you don't really think about, but hell is it useful.
I've got it in my menu bar all the time, and have my projet directories added -- I can open any editor, change any file, it'll take care of compiling, etc.

Yeah, I already used it (beta version), I just wasn't sure anymore if I wanted to pay for it or not. But I just did.

What's wrong with it not being in the app store? It allows the app developer to earn more money this way.

Also you don't need that LESS.app anymore ;)

I just like it because it allows me to buy apps with iTunes gift cards. And I'll take that less app away.
