Post a new thread here ONLY if you already have a project plan and know what you need. Then, PLEASE include what you need in the title. Example: "[Designer] to help build a cooking site". If you're extra awesome, edit the title and add [CLOSED] to it once your team is filled! If you'd just like to be included in someone else's project but don't have an idea of your own, please don't post a new topic.

ONLY APPLY TO A POSTING if you can fill the spot that's been asked for! When someone is asking for a designer, offering your help as a developer only clutters and derails the thread. Posting to talk about the project idea (unless it's relevant to you working with the poster) is discouraged as well -- that sort of talk is what The Idea Oven is for.
